Overview

As a Brand Designer, you will be responsible for crafting and refining the visual identity of a company, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's core values and mission. You will work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams to create compelling designs that resonate with target audiences and elevate the brand’s presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logos, color schemes, typography, and other design elements.
  • Create visual assets for both digital and print materials, including advertisements, social media posts, packaging, and websites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, content) to ensure a unified brand message.
  • Analyze and interpret trends in design, implementing innovative and effective strategies.
  • Create mockups and prototypes for new products or features, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Work on designing campaigns and promotional material to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design tools and trends, ensuring the brand stays relevant.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to conceptualize and execute on big-picture ideas.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and user interface design principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past work in branding and visual design.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in brand design or a related field.
  • Experience working with both digital and print media.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design is a plus.
