3. Kickoff Meeting

In this meeting, Shifu will introduce the project, outline the goals, and set expectations. You’ll discuss the project scope and approach, and Shifu will guide you on how to start. This is your chance to ask questions and ensure you're ready to dive into the work ahead.

4. Official Start

Now that the planning is complete, the official project begins. You’ll start working on your tasks, applying the concepts discussed during the kickoff. Shifu will be there to provide guidance on your progress and ensure you stay on track with the project goals.

5. Finish Project

As you near completion, you’ll finalize the project, ensuring everything aligns with the objectives set at the start. Shifu will review your work, provide feedback, and ensure that you've successfully met the project’s milestones and requirements.

6. Launch Project / Shifu's reference

Once the project is finished, it's time for the launch. This step involves sharing the final product with the world or the intended audience. Shifu may also offer a reference or testimonial, highlighting your skills and the work you've done, which can be valuable for future opportunities.
