The role
You already have exceptional skills and knowledge in Microsoft Azure . You'll effectively communicate with your team as well as internal and external stakeholders. You will join a high energy team with a great culture who collaborate to achieve amazing outcomes. You will be part of a global team working primarily remotely which allows us to assemble the best team for every engagement.
Typical responsibilities include:
Architect and/or build technical solutions in Microsoft Azure.
Coaching and mentoring consultants in your team.
Managing schedules and resourcing in partnership with the wider management team.
Support pre-sales activity, discussing and designing solutions and assisting preparing proposal documents.
Essential skills, knowledge and qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly interact with clients and peers.
Experience presenting to groups and facilitating workshops.
Experience leading and mentoring technical staff. Background in consulting and experience working on projects.
Consulting or client service delivery experience on Azure
Data modelling and data architecture design. ELT, data integration and data migration development particularly with Azure Data Factory.
Master data management system and process design and implementation.
Data quality system and process design.
Analysis of requirements and production of specifications.
Documentation of solutions (e.g. data models, configurations, and setup).
Solution/technical architecture in the cloud including migration from on-premise infrastructure.
Big Data/analytics/information analysis/database management
Extensive hands-on experience implementing data migration and data processing using Azure services (the more areas experience the better): Serverless Architecture, Azure Storage, Azure SQL DB/DW, Data Factory, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Analysis Service, HDInsight, Databricks Azure Data Catalogue, Cosmo Db, ML Studio, AI/ML, Azure Functions, ARM Templates, Azure DevOps, CI/CD etc. IoT/event-driven/microservices in the cloud a nice to have
Experience with Azure Data Factory, Event Hub, etc.
Ability to work remotely via Microsoft Teams
Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking, as well as the capacity to leverage out-of-the box solutions
Keen for a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn, grow, and be exposed to a variety of problems, clients, and technologies
